This privacy policy applies only to Technology Solutions Midwest (TSmidwest) staff members who are registered and opted-in to receive critical infrastructure and client alerts from TSmidwest management and monitoring systems.

No user information will be shared or sold to third parties.

Staff may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message they have received.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Technology Solutions Midwest’s (TSmidwest’s) staff notification service is used to provide notificatoins to staff members who have registered and opted-in to receive critical infrastructure and client alerts from TSmidwest management and monitoring systems.

Messages will be sent as alerts occur, traditionally no more than 3 – 5 messages per day.

Staff may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message they have received.

Staff may received additional help regarding SMS messages by replying HELP to any message they have received.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TSmidwest is not liable for any issues arising from the use of this service.
